Borgo Il Poeta Restaurant offers typical Tuscan cuisine of the highest quality, in S. Maria a Monte in the province of Pisa.
The restaurant offers meat and fish menus, to satisfy all the requests and tastes of its guests at the table. The typically Tuscan cuisine is characterized by the fantastic flavors of our seas and our selected meats, reared with care in our lands. Especially welcome are our fresh “cruditè” proposals, the marinated Mucco Pisano, our Fiorentina, the Patatona with salt and the so-called Tosca, the Doc potato of the locality of Santa Maria a Monte.
Our kitchen also serves excellent gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan meals.

THE RESTAURANT
The hotel Il Poeta has inside two large and comfortable restaurant rooms. A room holds up to 180 seats and is ideal for hosting events, ceremonies or large groups staying in our hotel in Santa Maria a Monte or outside the hotel.
Our strong point is the typically Tuscan cuisine, fresh and genuine.
In our 4-star hotel we also have a “Saletta Per due” room:
Private room suitable for those who want maximum privacy, for romantic lunches and dinners, where they can talk at table, tasting excellent Tuscan dishes, in peace and privacy.
For a romantic dinner or lunch, you can book the room for two for a candlelit meal with a personalized menu.
BREAKFAST
Hotel Il Poeta’s breakfast service is complete, buffet style and continental. From the classic croissants, brioche, coffee and cappuccino, on request, we also make breakfast in the “American Breakfast” style, to satisfy the tastes of our guests from all over the world.
THE SPORTS CENTER
Adjacent to the Hotel Il Poeta there is a beautiful sports center, which can be reserved, upon reservation, for team sports retreats, pre-game training and athletic running. In the sports field, in fact, we are organized to host sports associations; we boast a remarkable experience in welcoming football teams and competitive sports teams: we serve lunches in about 15/18 minutes, we offer stays including meeting rooms in reserved areas and equipped like our big Salone Carducci.
